Are underlay and gripper included in the fitting price?
Gripper rods are included whereas underlay is charged per square metre depending on the quality of product, selected.
How long does it take to fit a carpet?
In most cases, we are in and out on the same day. We understand all rooms and projects are different and we’ll be able to give you a clearer timeframe when we’ve had the opportunity to view the project.
Do I have to clear the rooms of furniture first?
Ideally yes, as this saves time and a little bit of cost on your end. If not, fear not: we can move furniture to facilitate carpeting for a nominal fee based on the labour required.
I already have a carpet. Will you still fit it?
Certainly. Just get in touch, and we can get back to you with a quote and approximate time frame.
Can we be home when you fit our carpet?
Of course you can. We’re friendly, and we’re very mission-focused. We arrive, fit, and leave. It’s that simple.
Do you remove and discard the old carpet?
Carpet removal is something we can do, a cost will be added once the project is assessed.
Do you fit laminate flooring?
We do fit laminate flooring, but we do not supply it due to high competition in pricing between the major suppliers.
